Terms of use

These terms cover your use of Marley, an eCom expert you chat with on WhatsApp. By signing in or messaging Marley you accept them.

The service

Marley reads the data you connect and answers questions about your store. Marley is in early access. Features change, and the service can be unavailable at times.

Your account and team

The brand owner decides who can talk to Marley for the brand and is responsible for the people they add. Add only people who may see your brand's data. Marley answers anyone you have added, in the chats where they message it.

Answers are advice

Marley can be wrong. Check important numbers before you act on them. Marley has read-only access to your tools and does not spend your money or change your store.

Acceptable use

Do not use Marley to break the law, to abuse WhatsApp, or to access data you are not allowed to see.

Ending

You can stop using Marley and ask to delete your data at any time. Marley can suspend access that breaks these terms.
